Warranty
All Cen.Grand and Line Magnetic products are warranted against faults in materials and manufacture for a period of one (1) year (6 months for tubes) from date of original purchase. We strongly recommend that Product Registration should be completed within one (1) months of purchase. The benefit of timely Product Registration is that at the time of purchase you will have all the relevant information to hand (such as the invoice/receipt, and place/date of purchase) which will be needed before you can make a warranty claim.
Full warranty is supplied with each individual new product. The warranty is not transferrable (only applicable to the original purchaser) and only covers the product if it is purchased in the country to which it was originally supplied.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If services are required during the warranty period, please contact your retailer or Angelic Sound to arrange return. You must provide proof of purchase (invoice/ receipt) when claiming a warranty. The repairs would be carried out at no charge to the owner, subject to the conditions specified herein.
The owner is responsible for any transportation and insurance cost if the product must be returned for repair. The product should be carefully packed in the original packaging when returned and accompanied by detailed notes of the fault experienced. Please retain your purchase tax invoice/ receipt, as this should be produced to validate a warranty claim.
This warranty does not extend to accessories or defects or injuries caused by or resulting from causes attributable by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper voltage, liquid spillage, vermin infestation, software, or any alterations made to the product which is not authorised by the manufacturer.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
